Globe guarantee – Globe replacement guarantee covers any globes that blow (halogen and incandescent only, LED or XENON or HID not included) between services periods. Globes won’t be covered if overdue for a service or aftermarket. Up to OEM spec only.

Vehicle wash to be booked at least 1 hour in advance.

Wash is a basic outside wash+wax and vacuum of front seats and floor.

Full vehicle detail to be booked in includes: 

• Inside and outside wash
• Cut and polish
• Steam clean of seats and carpets
• Wipe down of dash
• Pet hair removal
• Engine bay detail
• Leather seat treatment

Service booking to be made at least 1 week in advance to secure loan car. $20 per day charge still applies unless packages states otherwise. Fuel in loan cars is pay for what you use. Any fuel we have to top up will be charged to the customer at $3 p/liter. If the loan car is returned late without adequate notice a charge of $30 per day will be added.

No diagnosis fee – covers the first hour of diagnosis ($159) any further diagnosis will be quoted before proceeding.
